As much as most women compete in facial care and get a nice look, but miss much about taking care of the body the right way. While make-up and skin care products enhance facial beauty, there are still many steps that we need to take care of our bodies properly.

 Here are some simple tips to help you get rid of various body care problems.

1 - to get rid of the sheds of the elbows and knees

Use fresh lemon peel after age to rub those dark areas gently for a minute or two. Then use a wet towel with hot water in your hands after that.

Mix a tablespoon of rose water, a tablespoon of glycerin with a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Put the mixture in a clean spray bottle, use it on your skin or body before bathing or go to sleep half an hour.

Use some unsweetened milk (preferably cold), then put milk on your hair using a hair brush to ensure a good distribution, preferably before bathing. Leave on hair for 30 minutes, then wash with shampoo. It acts as a natural conditioner that helps to smooth hair and improve its texture.

8 - to get rid of dark spots

Remove a glass of yoghurt with one egg. Use the mixture on the skin of the face, focusing on dark spots. Leave for a full hour, then rinse afterwards with lukewarm water. This helps to lighten the skin color and reduce the appearance of dark spots on the face, and gives the natural freshness of the skin.


9 - to get rid of dandruff

Sprinkle some of the hibiscus flowers well to extract the juice from them. Use the juice on the scalp, especially where the dandruff appears. Leave the mixture for 1-2 hours, then rinse with cold water. Repeat twice a week for effective results.

10 - to soften the hands and feet

Mix half a cup of yoghurt with half a teaspoon of vinegar. The mixture is used to massage hands and feet well. Leave for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with normal water.
